Q:  What kind of houses do we buy?

A:  We  buy all type of single family houses. We work with home owners who are for one reason or another in need of moving one. Our goal isn’t to take advantage of you, but to turn your difficult situation into a mutually beneficial situation for both of us. Many times we are not going to be your best choice, and if not we will give you our honest opinion what the available options are the upside and downside to each. Understand that you are not the first person to be in your situation. We have helped many folks nationwide with just about every circumstance imaginable. 

Q: Are there any fees associated with the selling process?

A:  No. There are no fees involved at all. 

Q: How much commission do you take?

A:  We are NOT Realtors, no commissions period.

Q: If I am facing foreclosure, will you buy my property?

A:  Not only will we make you an offer, but we will attempt to help you avoid foreclosure. Our real estate professionals have experience dealing with such scenarios. They have built long-term relationships with the leading financial institutions; therefore, we are in a better position to help you avoid foreclosure.

Q: How long does it take to sell my house?

A:  That really depends on what direction you go. If you choose the all cash option, it’s really fast, if you decide to lease you home for a year to get some money coming in, then it’s longer. It really case by case. Our process is fast. And as soon as you decide we will make it happen.

Q: If you make an offer, am I obliged to take it?

A:  Absolutely not.

Q. Can I Sell My Home With People In It?

A:  Yes. We buy houses that are rented or that are owner occupied. In some situation we will buy the house and keep the tenants. Heck we buy houses where we have to evict folks, again we have dealt with almost every scenario you can imagine.
